HOURS:

Shifts will be 8-hour workdays, 5 days per week (40+ hours/week)

SCHEDULE

Workdays will be Monday-Friday; 7:00am•3:00pm

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This role involves performing service, repair, and replacement recommendations on residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, water heaters, and related components. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong technical expertise and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems Perform routine maintenance, service calls, and system startups Document all work, including readings, repairs, and recommendations Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and vendors Recommend system improvements and obtain customer approvals Collect payments and complete required paperwork Order materials and manage service schedules efficiently Maintain a professional appearance and safe work practices Participate in ongoing training and development

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills EPA Certification (preferred) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift/push/pull up to 75 lbs Ability to climb ladders and work at heights (8+ ft) Ability to kneel, crouch, and crawl as needed

Must be eligible to work in the United States Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
