Hvac Technician

Looking for HVAC Technicians Near You The HVAC Maintenance Worker is responsible for the operation, repair, maintenance, and installation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.

Pay:

Up to $30/hour + Weekly Pay!

Shift:

9 AM - 5 PM Responsibilities Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems. Operate and maintain commercial HVAC systems efficiently. Conduct regular inspections and filter changes. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with HVAC systems. Work with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and manage work orders. Ensure customer service excellence by being customer-oriented. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for maintenance tracking. Essential Skills Experience in commercial HVAC systems. Ability to perform preventative maintenance. Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair of HVAC systems. Familiarity with CMMS and work order management. EPA Universal certification. Additional Skills & Qualifications Installation and inspection experience. Knowledge of Roof Top Units (RTU) and Air Handler Units (AHU). Why Work Here?
