Job Description

We specialize in residential and light commercial HVAC installations, replacements, and service. We are currently seeking an Experienced HVAC Installer / Technician to join our growing team.
Requirements:
Must have 4+ years of HVAC field experience.
Position Summary:
The HVAC Installer / Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, skilled, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
Install residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality systems. Install ductwork, thermostats, and related HVAC components. Perform system startups, testing, and commissioning. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing equipment. Replace defective components and install replacement parts as needed. Maintain an organized inventory of tools and materials. Follow all company policies and industry safety standards. Communicate professionally with customers and team members. Complete all assigned work accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. HVAC trade school training, apprenticeship, or equivalent field experience preferred. Minimum of 4 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience required. EPA Certification preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
Skills & Abilities:
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation practices. Ability to read and interpret installation manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical documents. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, gauges, and testing equipment. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent mechanical aptitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional communication and customer service skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold. Ability to stand, kneel, crawl, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas as needed.
