5+ years of HVAC experience (residential and/or commercial) Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and safety practices Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various tools and equipment safely Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills with the ability to work independently Proficient in basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations related to HVAC tasks EPA Certification required (or relevant local licensing) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to function in a fast-paced environment Ability to commute/relocate to Erie, PA 16504before starting work (Required)

Physical Requirements:

Able to talk, hear, walk, stand, climb ladders, handle and reach with hands and arms, and bend and kneel for periods of time. Must be able to operate a variety of machinery and equipment including electronic and diagnostic tools, and other plumbing equipment. Ability to focus and to differentiate between colors and shades of color. Must be able to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently.

Supervise, schedule, and support HVAC technicians in daily service and installation work Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards Diagnose complex HVAC issues and provide technical guidance Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies Train, mentor, and evaluate team members Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns Manage inventory, tools, and equipment

Up to $72,000.00 per year
