About the
Role:
As a
CBRE HVAC
Technician, you won't just maintain buildings you'll help keep critical facility operations running at peak performance. In this hands-on role, you'll troubleshoot complex issues, perform preventive maintenance, and support the day-to-day reliability of essential building systems in a dynamic commercial environment. You'll work alongside skilled professionals to deliver high-quality facility support, minimize operational downtime, and drive system performance through proactive maintenance and problem-solving.

Mon-Fri 7a-3:30p
What You'll Do:
Install, repair, adjust, troubleshoot, and maintain HVAC and building automation equipment including AHUs, RTUs, VAV systems, pumps, motors, vacuum pumps, and refrigeration systems. Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment to ensure proper system operation. Troubleshoot equipment failures, identify root causes, and determine appropriate corrective actions and equipment modifications. Support maintenance and repair activities for mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic control systems used within commercial or industrial facilities. Complete work orders, document repairs, and communicate equipment status updates to facility management and operations teams. Utilize existing maintenance procedures and technical documentation to resolve routine and moderately complex equipment issues. Collaborate with technicians, vendors, and facility personnel to support daily building operations and minimize equipment downtime. Maintain a safe working environment while supporting critical facility and building operations.
What You'll Need:
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid driver's license required. EPA Universal Certification Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Why CBRE?
