Job Description

Reports To:
Service Manager / Office Management Requirements Experience servicing commercial and industrial HVAC equipment Team-oriented, customer focused with strong technical ability. Consistent attendance, punctuality, and reliability Ability to complete clear, accurate documentation using a tablet, phone, or computer Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and digital) Professional demeanor with customers, coworkers, and management EPA Certification (Universal preferred) Compliance with OSHA standards. OSHA 30 certification will be required within 6 months of hire. Valid driver's license with lawful driving practices. General Responsibilities Adhere to all company policies (uniform, safety gear, tools, vehicle use). Work starts at 7:00am. All materials and/or tools are to be loaded the day prior. Follow all safety rules and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Perform service calls, diagnostics, repairs, and installations accurately and professionally. Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues found, repairs performed, and any additional recommendations. You must check in and out with customers. Report completed and pending tasks to the Service Coordinator prior to leaving the site. Complete all required documentation daily and digitally: o Service tickets/Work orders with accurate labor hours and material usage o Equipment data (Model No., Serial No., Filter/Belt Quantity and Sizes) o Executed preventative maintenance checklist (when applicable) o Manufacturer startup sheets and Climatemp startup sheets (when applicable) Protect company property and tools; return all materials, tools and unused stock to proper storage areas. Assist in maintaining service vehicle stock inventory, cleanliness and report vehicle repairs if needed. Utilize purchasing and inventory program for daily tasks. Cooperate with other trades, contractors, and company departments to ensure efficiency. Maintenance contract obligations and existing customer emergencies are our first priority. Participate in technical training opportunities and engage in company processes. Additional Responsibilities Some overtime may be required as needed to complete emergency service. Participate in ongoing training to keep up with new equipment and technology. Identify upsell opportunities (preventive maintenance agreements, equipment upgrades). Provide customer feedback to management on recurring issues, product performance, or service gaps. What Success Looks Like at

$35.00 - $43.00 per hour
