Job Summary We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician for a full-time, direct hire opportunity in the Bethlehem, PA area. - Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance, system inspections, and service evaluations to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Identify system issues and recommend appropriate repair, maintenance, or replacement solutions to homeowners.
- Educate customers on maintenance plans, available services, and options that support system performance and reliability.
- Complete service documentation accurately using company technology and field service tools.
- Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and commitment to safety and company service standards. Compensation and Benefits
