Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will responsible for installing various heating and air conditioning and related mechanical systems. Your dedication will ensure our clients experience optimal comfort and system efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for construction, mechanical knowledge, and field service work to contribute to high quality installs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent technical skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to safety and quality. Responsibilities Install new HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems according to schematics and HVAC design specifications Maintain van stock and cleanliness Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to ensure precise installation Be able to use tools such as volt meters, manometer, and combustion analyser to properly set up equipment Work as a team on jobsites and in the office. Operate company vehicles safely and to follow all safety protocols Qualifications Proven experience in construction, HVAC installation, or service technician roles with a strong mechanical background Knowledge of HVAC systems such as boilers, gas furnace, heat pumps, and mini splits is highly desirable but not required, willing to train the right individual Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately Familiarity with HVAC design principles and property maintenance practices Hands-on experience with appliance repair, boiler systems, plumbing work, soldering techniques, and equipment repair Mechanical knowledge of refrigeration systems, air conditioning units, boilers, and related machinery Valid driver's license Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in the field Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively We are willing to train and get all the certifications you need to become a lead technician Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier HVAC solutions!
