HVAC Technician

HVAC Technician SPG Capital is a real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and repositioning single family, multi-family, and mixed-use assets in South Central, PA and Northern, MD. We are a fast-growing company looking for motivated individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

The HVAC technician will be responsible for HVAC jobs for both our residential renovation projects as well as assisting our internal maintenance team with resident work orders relating to HVAC.

Daily responsibilities include:

Communicate with Maintenance Director to prioritize jobs and determine schedule Provide estimates and project scopes for upcoming renovation projects Diagnose, repair, or replace heating and cooling systems Assist with diagnose, repair, or replacement of plumbing fixtures, as needed Communicate with Maintenance Managers to provide updates on resident work orders Communicate clearly with residents regarding the work being performed while on service calls Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Proven experience in residential HVAC Ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently Ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Familiarity with property management systems and work order software Comfortable working in a fast paced and team environment Valid driver's license
