HVAC Technician - Full Time PioneerFix | Harrisburg, PA PioneerFix is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Harrisburg, PA. We are looking for a dependable professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, customer service, and getting the job done right the first time. This is a full-time opportunity with consistent work, growth potential, and performance-based advancement. Position Overview As an HVAC Technician at PioneerFix, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. You will diagnose system issues, recommend solutions, and ensure customers receive safe, efficient, and high-quality service. Key Responsibilities Install new HVAC systems, including furnaces, condensers, heat pumps, ductwork, and thermostats Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating and cooling systems Perform system inspections and component replacements Conduct routine preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups Respond to emergency service calls as needed Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues and recommended solutions Maintain accurate service records and documentation Keepthe company vehicle, tools, and job sites clean and organized Qualifications Previous experience as an HVAC technician or in a similar mechanical field, Minimum 3 years Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and diagnostics Ability to read HVAC wiring diagrams and schematics EPA Certification (preferred; required if handling refrigerants) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces or varying weather conditions Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Bonus Skills (Highly Valued): Experience in plumbing and/or electrical work Experience with heat pumps and high-efficiency systems Knowledge of smart thermostats and modern HVAC controls NATE certification (a plus) What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Professional appearance and attitude Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Team-oriented but capable of working independently Detail-focused and safety-conscious Why Join PioneerFix? Potential $8,000 bonus at 3-5 Mo• time frame.
