Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as an HVAC Service Technician and become a vital part of delivering top-tier heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, troubleshoot complex systems, and provide exceptional service to clients across various industries. As an energetic and motivated technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing HVAC equipment while ensuring safety and efficiency standards are met. Your expertise will help keep environments comfortable, safe, and operationally efficient. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair a wide range of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration systems, and related mechanical equipment. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately troubleshoot issues. Perform routine maintenance on HVAC/R equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Install new HVAC systems in compliance with industry standards and client specifications. Conduct plumbing work related to HVAC systems, including pipe fitting and ammonia refrigeration setups where applicable. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment to repair or modify mechanical components. Maintain detailed service records, complete reports on repairs performed, and document system conditions for future reference. Skills Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, or property maintenance. Ability to read schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC design and mechanical systems. Mechanical knowledge of equipment repair including boilers, appliances, and ammonia refrigeration units. Field service experience working on diverse HVAC/R systems in commercial or industrial settings. Familiarity with the use of diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment for repairs. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to HVAC/R work environments. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating drivers preferred.
