HVAC Service Technician Location:
Chester County, PA Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$25 - $35 per hour (based on experience) We are currently hiring an experienced HVAC Installer / Service Technician to join our growing team in Chester County, PA. While this role may include some service work, we are especially seeking technicians with strong experience in HVAC system installations. Our company is a leading provider of geothermal HVAC installations in the region and we are looking for technicians interested in working with advanced, high-efficiency heating and cooling systems. This position focuses primarily on residential HVAC installations including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, geothermal systems and complete system replacements. Responsibilities Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, geothermal systems and ductwork Remove and replace existing HVAC equipment Perform system start-ups and ensure proper system operation Assist with system troubleshooting and occasional service calls Follow installation standards, safety procedures and manufacturer specifications Maintain clean and organized job sites Communicate clearly with customers and team members Qualifications 2+ years HVAC experience preferred Installation experience strongly preferred Experience with geothermal systems is a plus but not required (training available) EPA Certification preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to read installation layouts and equipment specifications Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunities for advanced HVAC training and certifications, including geothermal systems 401(k) retirement plan Benefits packages available Paid time off (PTO) Overtime opportunities Year-round work with a stable company Schedule Full-time position, Monday - Friday with occasional overtime during peak seasons.
