THE TYPE OF ASSISTANT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications: Prior schooling or HVAC Field Experience Attention to detail Knowledge of specialized industry tools and equipment EPA certifications and HVAC experience are a plus.

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN HELPER

This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM . You'll report to a central location before heading to job sites. In this role, you'll assist lead installers with residential installations, learning safe and efficient processes while ensuring quality results. You'll interact with customers, support the team, and develop your skills in a hands-on environment.
