Job Description

Our client, the facilities management industry, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting multiple facility locations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:
Mobile HVAC Technician Pay rate: $30-35/hr
Location:
Lancaster, PA What's the Job? Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple locations. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and related systems. Travel between approximately 25 locations to ensure proper system functioning. Record readings, calibrate equipment, and make adjustments to optimize performance. Maintain safety standards, handle hazardous materials responsibly, and ensure a clean work environment. What's Needed? High School Diploma or Equivalent. 5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems. Universal EPA certification, with a preference for EPA 608 Universal Certification. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
