seeking experienced service mechanics for apartment and light-commercial work capable of independent diagnostics and professional client interaction.

What You'll Do:

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for our commercials customers Diagnose system issues and perform efficient repairs Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance Ensure all work complies with safety codes and regulations Provide clear explanations of issues and solutions to customers This position involves daily service calls, scheduled installations/replacements, regional travel, as well as participation in large-scale, contracted projects that could include overnight accommodations, per diem reimbursed expenses, and project completion bonuses in addition to a competitive salary and benefits. Your work will include condensing boilers, hydronic systems, pumps, RTUs, controls, and troubleshooting. When not assigned to a long-term project, mechanics will enter the on-call rotation for local emergency service. Ideal candidates must display a professional demeanor and possess the ability to interact with customers. Minimum 5 years of experience directly repairing and installing HVACR and/or hydronic heat systems required. Must possess and maintain own service tools and the ability to use them correctly and safely. Ability to maximize use of technologies like cell phones and internet a plus. Applicants must be able to provide their own transportation to long-term job sites and/or to yard for dispatch. A valid driver's license and good driving record a must. Company vehicle, gas card, and spending account for proven capacity to work independently. Military service a plus. Pay based on capability and independence. Paid time off.
