Lead Technician - HVAC/Electric/Carpentry

Position Overview We are seeking experienced, project-ready Lead Technicians with a primary background in HVAC, Carpentry or Electrical , and working knowledge across other construction trades. This role is ideal for someone who can lead from the front , execute high-quality work, and help develop the next generation of technicians. This is not a "show up and do your piece" role. We are building a team-oriented, multi-skilled workforce capable of handling a wide range of residential and light commercial projects. What You'll Do Lead and execute HVAC, Carpentry and/or electrical installations, diagnostics and repairs Work across trades when needed (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, general construction support) Train and mentor helpers and apprentices on job sites Read and interpret plans, layouts, and job specifications Maintain jobsite efficiency, organization, and safety Communicate clearly with team members, office staff, and clients Use technology for job tracking, documentation, and communication Ensure work meets company standards and code requirements What We're Looking For Core Qualifications Strong experience in HVAC, Carpentry or Electrical (lead-level capability) Working knowledge of other trades (plumbing, framing, general construction) Ability to run jobs or lead small crews independently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Professional Traits Team-oriented mindset
