Job Description
Role Summary Our team is currently looking for a skilled HVAC Installer. We welcome applications from residential technicians eager to transition into commercial work, as well as those already established in the commercial sector. A solid mechanical foundation is essential for success in this position. This role offers long-term potential for dedicated professionals, as consistent performance and dependability are vital for our ongoing project pipeline. Core Duties Execute the installation of VRF systems, split systems, and rooftop units. Manage the commissioning and initial start-up of newly installed hardware. Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues within HVAC units to ensure optimal performance. Swap out critical hardware such as control boards and compressors to maintain system integrity. Conduct routine upkeep on established climate control systems. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly following all regulatory codes. Foster effective communication with teammates and project leads to ensure project success. Requirements A minimum of five years of professional HVAC experience. Advanced capabilities in technical troubleshooting and diagnostics. Capacity to handle start-up processes and work autonomously. Possession of a valid EPA Certification. A clean driving record and dependable personal vehicle. Requirement to provide your own set of standard hand tools.
