Commercial HVAC Install Foreman

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial HVAC Install Foreman to lead and coordinate installation projects for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related mechanical systems. This role is vital in ensuring that commercial HVAC systems are installed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. As a key leader on the job site, you will oversee a team of technicians, manage project timelines, and ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols. Your expertise in HVAC systems, construction processes, and mechanical knowledge will drive successful project completion while fostering a collaborative and energized work environment. Duties Lead and supervise installation teams during commercial HVAC system setups, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards. Interpret schematics, HVAC design plans, and technical drawings to execute precise installations. Coordinate with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Oversee the use of diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical components and ensure proper equipment repair when needed. Manage field service tasks including installation and maintenance of HVAC Systems. Ensure all work complies with local codes, industry standards, and safety regulations; conduct regular site inspections. Skills Previous construction experience with a focus on commercial HVAC installation projects. Proven service technician experience with a strong mechanical knowledge base in HVAC systems. Ability to read schematics and HVAC design documents accurately; familiarity with electrical troubleshooting using tools such as ohmmeters. Knowledge of HVAC/R systems including air conditioning/heating units, and property maintenance practices. Experience in field service roles involving equipment repair, boiler operation, and general maintenance tasks. Valid driver's license with a clean record Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high safety standards. $27.00 - $35.00 per year
