HVAC Service & Installation Technician

We are looking for an expert technician to help us maintain our reputation for excellence. The Role We are looking for an Experienced HVAC Technician capable of handling both service calls and new installations. You should be a "troubleshooter" at heart—someone who can walk into a mechanical room, identify the failure, and communicate the solution clearly to the customer. You will be expected to work independently and manage your van and tools with professional care.

Key Responsibilities HVAC Service & Repair:

Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential and commercial heating and cooling systems (Furnaces, AC units, Heat Pumps, etc.).

System Installation:

Perform clean, high-quality installations of new HVAC equipment from start to finish.

Independent Operation:

Manage your daily schedule and complete jobs without constant direct supervision.

Professional Communication:

Clearly explain technical issues, repair options, and pricing to customers. Keep management updated on job progress.

Image & Integrity:

Arrive on time, maintain a neat and professional appearance, and keep a clean workspace.

Requirements Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

Proven track record in HVAC service and installation.

Communication:

Excellent interpersonal skills; able to speak professionally with both customers and team members.

Independence:

Ability to analyze complex mechanical problems and implement solutions solo.

Licensing:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. (EPA certification is a plus). The "Plus"

Factor:

Plumbing Knowledge:

Experience with residential or commercial plumbing is a significant advantage. Candidates who can "cross over" to assist on plumbing jobs during peak times will be prioritized.
