Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Matching Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Employee Discounts Paid Training Career Advancement Opportunities Year-Round Employment HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems Perform maintenance and system inspections Conduct combustion and efficiency testing Communicate repair options and recommendations to homeowners Complete accurate service documentation Maintain service vehicle, tools, and inventory Communicate effectively with dispatch and office staff Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements Deliver exceptional customer service on every call HVAC Lead Installer Responsibilities Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, ductless systems, and related equipment Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company standards Train and mentor helpers and apprentice installers Read and interpret installation instructions and job specifications Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Complete installation paperwork accurately and on time Communicate professionally with customers throughout the installation process HVAC Helper Responsibilities Assist lead installers and service technicians with daily tasks Load and unload materials and equipment Assist with installations, maintenance, and repairs Maintain clean job sites and company vehicles Learn HVAC trade skills through hands-on training Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred Valid Driver's License required EPA Certification required for Service Technicians and Installers 3-5 years of HVAC experience preferred for Lead Installers and Service Technicians Oil heat experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude Professional appearance and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Willingness to continue training and professional development Why Join Our Team?
