Commercial Construction HVAC Installer

TradeWorX is hiring experienced HVAC / Sheet Metal Installers at all experience levels for commercial construction projects in the Central PA area . This role supports a skilled crew performing HVAC ductwork, sheet metal installation, layout, and related mechanical work on active jobsites. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, solid jobsite awareness, and the ability to work safely in a production-driven environment. TradeWorX Benefits & PTO Health coverage options;eligibility typically begins after 60 days Dental and vision options 401K option Company-paid group life insurance ($10K) Paid holidays after eligibility requirements PTO earned by hours worked: 5 days after 1, 560 hrs 10 days after 4, 680 hrs Pay & Overtime Up to $32/hour based on experience Overtime opportunities based on project needs Responsibilities Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and mechanical plans Install commercial HVAC ductwork, fittings, hangers, supports, and related sheet metal components Measure, cut, assemble, and install sheet metal materials accurately Install rectangular, spiral, and flex duct systems as required Assist with layout, takeoffs, and field measurements Use hand tools, power tools, lifts, and layout equipment safely and effectively Maintain clean, safe, and compliant job sites Work collaboratively with a commercial HVAC/mechanical crew Requirements 2+ years of commercial HVAC or sheet metal installation experience preferred Experience installing ductwork, fittings, hangers, supports, and related HVAC systems Ability to read and follow blueprints and mechanical drawings Knowledge of layout, measuring, cutting, fastening, and installation methods Strong work ethic with dependable attendance Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work on active jobsites Reliable transportation to jobsites in the Central PA area How to
