Job Description
Vision Mechanical is looking for an experienced HVAC Commercial Installer who takes pride in quality installation, works well as part of a team, and understands the importance of doing the job safely, efficiently, and correctly the first time. This role is a key part of our field team. As an HVAC Commercial Installer , you'll support the Project Foreman on commercial installation projects and help keep work moving by following the project plan, communicating clearly, maintaining high-quality standards, and setting a strong example for apprentices and coworkers. The right person for this role is dependable, skilled, safety-minded, and comfortable working from drawings, specifications, and direction from the foreman. What You'll Do As an HVAC Commercial Installer, you will: Install commercial HVAC systems, including RTUs, ductwork, hydronic piping, and control wiring Support the Project Foreman by carrying out the installation plan as directed Use Procore to access project drawings, specifications, submittals, and timecard information Complete work with a high level of quality, ensuring installations are plumb, level, square, and completed with pride Work efficiently and productively to help projects stay on track Communicate with foremen, coworkers, apprentices, and office personnel as needed Follow company safety programs and help maintain a safe jobsite Step into added responsibility on larger projects when needed What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who brings: Hands-on HVAC installation experience Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and jobsite expectations Ability to read and follow project plans, drawings, specifications, and submittals Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship A safety-first mindset Strong communication skills Reliability, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude Why This Role Matters Our foremen rely on HVAC Installers to keep projects moving, complete high-quality installations, and set the tone for the team.
