Our employee-owned company is on the hunt for an Experienced Lead Installer to join our team! Overview The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years prior experience leading and running HVAC Installation jobs. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for ensuring that heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are installed correctly and operate efficiently. Your expertise will contribute to providing our clients with comfortable and safe indoor environments. Duties Install HVAC/R systems according to specifications and local codes. Read and interpret schematics to ensure proper installation and functionality. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for testing electrical components. Perform welding tasks as needed for system installations and repairs. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Skills Ability to read and understand schematics related to HVAC installations. Prior experience running HVAC install jobs. Strong field service skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
