FT position Overtime available Minimum 3 years experience required Our business is growing and we need good, honest, caring people that have experience in HVAC work, but are looking for a better team, or a chance at growing into a leadership role. We want people who live and breath Berks County and have some experience in working with mostly residential heating and cooling equipment.

SERVICE TECH ROLE

We need another experienced service tech who loves to figure out a problem and is able to troubleshoot HVAC problems and fix them. You're the guy that smiles when someone says they have a strange problem and they have no idea how to figure it out. Your brain is wired to think deeply and you always find a way to solve a problem. In fact, you enjoy a challenge and welcome it because it's fun for you. The daily maintenance tasks would be boring for you, whereas taking a complex machine and solving a problem is exciting and fun. You work smarter, not harder. If you have experience as an HVAC Service Tech, we'd love to talk to you.
