• Job Overview
• We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial and industrial properties.
• Duties
• Perform regular maintenance on heating and cooling systems
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
• Install new heating and cooling systems
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Skills
• Proficiency in property maintenance
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues
• Experience with boilers, refrigeration systems, and ammonia refrigeration is a plus
• Knowledge of HVAC/R systems
• Ability to design HVAC systems for optimal performance
• Strong mechanical knowledge to work on various HVAC equipment
