HVAC & Plumbing Helper

We are seeking a dedicated Plumbing and HVAC Helper to join our team at JSL Mechanical Inc. in Lancaster, PA. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our plumbing and HVAC services, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities Assist experienced plumbers and HVAC technicians with installations and repairs Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Support the team in maintaining a clean and safe work environment Follow safety protocols and guidelines during all tasks Communicate effectively with team members and customers Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors. Qualifications Valid Driver's License Basic knowledge of tools Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to work well in a team environment Good communication skills Previous experience in construction or maintenance is a plus Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced plumbers/HVAC Techs. Must be available to work between the hours of 6:30am - 4pm, Monday thru Friday. Must be okay with working outside in all types of weather. Must have valid driver's license and be able to pass background check and drug test. Compensation will be discussed at interview process.
