Experienced HVAC Service Technician $30-$45/hr + Commission + Sign-On Bonus + Company Vehicle Join a Company That Values Your Skills Are you an experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in solving problems, helping customers, and delivering quality work? We're a growing HVAC company looking for a motivated technician who can confidently diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems while providing customers with honest recommendations and exceptional service. What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance, tune-ups, and system inspections Troubleshoot heating, cooling, and airflow issues Educate customers on repair options, maintenance plans, and system upgrades Present solutions that genuinely meet customer needs Complete service documentation accurately using company software Maintain a professional appearance and deliver outstanding customer service Follow all company safety standards and procedures What We're Looking For 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience EPA Certification required NATE Certification preferred Experience with oil systems and boilers is a plus Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Self-motivated with the ability to work independently What We Offer $30-$45 per hour based on experience Performance-based commissions Sign-on bonus Company-provided vehicle Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Ongoing training Supportive management team Work-life balance that respects your personal time Ready to Join Our Team?
