Primary Responsibilities Demonstrate expertise in maintaining and operating residential and commercial HVAC units, including pumps, boilers, and chillers. Identify and resolve performance issues across a diverse range of climate control systems. Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and inspections on both ground-level and rooftop equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Operate independently to accurately diagnose and fix various HVAC hardware. Interpret complex electrical schematics and low-voltage control systems with ease. Foster positive interactions with clients through clear and professional communication. Maintain current EPA certification standards. Required Qualifications A minimum of five years of relevant experience in commercial HVAC service is highly desirable. Demonstrate consistent reliability and punctuality in your daily work. Maintain an upbeat demeanor, a commitment to continuous learning, and strong interpersonal abilities. Possess a clean and valid driver's license. Successfully complete a standard pre-employment physical and drug screening. Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing and lifting equipment weighing 50 pounds or more. There is no on-call requirement for this position. Opportunities for overtime are available.
