Job Description
Residential Retrofit HVAC Installer We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Installer to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a motivated installer with hands-on experience in both new construction and existing system replacements and upgrades . Key Responsibilities Install HVAC systems including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and ductless systems Perform installations, system replacements, and equipment Install HVAC systems Read and interpret plans, specifications, and job layouts Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards Work efficiently as part of a crew while maintaining a clean and professional jobsite Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and homeowners Required Qualifications HVAC installation experience Preferred Experience not necessary Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift equipment and work in confined spaces as required Preferred (Not Required) EPA certification Experience with high-efficiency systems and modern controls New construction HVAC installation experience What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Steady, year-round work Supportive team environment with experienced leadership Opportunities for advancement and skill development Company-provided specialty tools, training, and support (as applicable) Benefits can be discussed at interview
