HVAC Service Technician (WEEKDAYS DAYLIGHT)

HVAC Service Technician In this role you will be responsible for performing work associated with residential and commercial service calls.

HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities:

Troubleshoots customer HVAC issues and recommends appropriate corrective action. Educates the customer on the identified problem, required resolution, and preventative maintenance. Collaborates with the Service Manager and other team members. Utilize provided software along with tablet, and smartphone to track job information, and communicate with customers. Ensures required safety precautions are implemented prior to starting work; tags equipment out of service as needed. Maintains equipment, tools, and service vehicle. Completes digital time and materials tickets. Documents repairs before and after work is performed. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1 to 3 years minimum independently performing HVAC service calls. EPA certification is preferred. Ability to effectively troubleshoot and prioritize HVAC issues. Valid driver's license. Able to obtain Act 34 and Act 151 background check requirements as well as FBI clearances to work at schools or daycares. Strong communication and customer service skills. Commitment to the Company's Safety and Quality standards. Proficient in use of job site technology (e.g.- tablets, laptops, phone apps, etc.)
