HVAC Service Technician

Job Title:

HVAC Service Technician Shift and Pay First Shift M-F 6 am - 4:30 pm

Pay:

$26-$39/hr based on experience . Essential Skills High school or vo-tech diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an associate degree with at least 3 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and service. Hands-on experience in HVAC systems, including refrigeration circuit troubleshooting and electrical diagnostics. Proficiency in reading and interpreting work orders, sheet metal part drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, refrigeration diagrams, and assembly drawings. Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for HVAC and ECU systems, including mechanical, electrical, and electronic components. Ability to perform brazing and refrigerant handling safely and effectively. EPA Section 608 Certification, minimum Level I & II. Ability to work independently and manage time and priorities effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback to engineering and quality teams. Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams. Willingness and ability to travel 10-15% of the time within the United States, including occasional multi-day trips. Additional Skills & Qualifications Preferred experience in industrial HVAC equipment assembly, testing, and troubleshooting. Experience with ECU systems and related accessories. IPC 620 Certification. J-Std-001 Certification. Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment. Comfort using computer-based systems to connect to equipment and run diagnostic or validation tests. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.
