) Essential Skills Hands-on HVAC experience in a manufacturing, service, or technical environment. Strong mechanical assembly experience with complex equipment or systems. Proficiency in brazing, specifically with copper components. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams. EPA Certification (Universal or equivalent) for handling refrigerants. Demonstrated troubleshooting skills for mechanical and HVAC-related issues. Ability to run diagnostics and interpret test results on HVAC equipment. High school diploma or GED. Additional Skills & Qualifications Technical school education in HVAC or a related field is preferred. Experience with electrical troubleshooting is a plus. Familiarity with computer-based test systems and data entry. Attention to detail and strong documentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a production schedule. Comfort working in a manufacturing environment with testing equipment and tools. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
