The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, with the ability to build, design, maintain, and repair air conditioning units. This role requires mechanical knowledge and field service experience to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and related equipment. Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC systems to identify issues. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to assess system functionality. Provide exceptional customer service while working on-site at various properties. Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and installations. Document all service work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in air conditioning technology. Qualifications Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Technician or similar role in the HVAC field. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in appliance repair. Ability to drive a van for transportation to job sites as needed. Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations related to HVAC work. Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Certification or relevant training in HVAC systems is preferred but not mandatory.
