Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician

RSC Mechanical is seeking experienced Supermarket Rack and HVAC Technicians with a passion for excellence and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced work environment. JOB REQUIRMENTS

The ideal candidate must be proficient in the following: Performing compressor changes, rack refrigeration repairs, and ESR replacements. Repairing energy management systems, HVAC units, split condensing units, and other refrigeration equipment. Conducting leak searches and repairs, as well as troubleshooting commercial refrigeration systems.

ESSENTIAL REQUIRMENTS

Proficiency in general maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks. Mechanical proficiency and technical aptitude. Curiosity, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills. Reliability and honesty in all interactions. Valid driver's license and EPA universal certification. Basic knowledge of HVAC and commercial refrigeration systems. Ability to accurately complete necessary paperwork in a timely manner. Capability to work under pressure in high-stress environments. Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
