Field Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. The HVAC Technician will diagnose system malfunctions, perform repairs, and provide quality customer service to ensure that all HVAC systems operate efficiently and effectively. The technician must have a solid understanding of HVAC systems, be able to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly, and be able to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Diagnosing HVAC issues and providing effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction, troubleshooting system failures, airflow issues, and energy inefficiencies. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions; promote additional services as necessary. Keeping work areas clean and organized, properly handling and maintaining tools, equipment, and vehicles. Drive company vehicles to transport equipment and materials to job sites safely. Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of service delivery. Qualifications 3 - 4 years experience regarding HVAC labor Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Ability to climb and descend ladders while carrying up to 30 lbs. Ability to maneuver in confined spaces i.e. crawlspaces, attics, etc. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. The ability to pass a background check Ability to pass a drug test A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety are essential for success in this role.
