Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Installer Technician! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems to ensure optimal comfort and air quality in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Your mechanical expertise and field service skills will drive your success as you work on diverse projects that keep environments comfortable and efficient. Duties Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and heating equipment according to schematics and HVAC design plans Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on existing HVAC systems to ensure peak performance Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings for accurate installation and repair Conduct refrigeration repairs, ensuring safety protocols are followed Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and welding equipment for system fabrication or repairs Diagnose mechanical issues using specialized equipment repair skills and mechanical knowledge Collaborate with property maintenance teams to coordinate system upgrades or repairs in commercial or industrial facilities Requirements Experience as an HVAC service technician or installer is preferred but not required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
