High Performing Residential HVAC Selling Technician - Uncapped Commission

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF RESIDENTIAL SERVICE EXPERIENCE OR DO NOT APPLY

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Selling Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential settings. Duties

• Conduct regular maintenance of HVAC systems
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in heating and cooling systems
• Install new HVAC systems according to building codes and manufacturer specifications
• Provide solutions for customers based on findings from our diagnostic
• Perform routine inspections of HVAC systems
• Collaborate with other technicians and contractors on installations or repairs
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used Requirements
• Experience in HVAC systems maintenance and repair
• Proficiency in reading schematics and understanding technical manuals
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate value to customers
• Knowledge of property maintenance, equipment repair, appliance repair, and plumbing is a plus

Pay:

$25.00

00 per hour
