Brian Rayner (941)297-8502 Responsibilities Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential and commercial properties. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems, including refrigerate leaks and equipment malfunctions. Collaborate with team members to complete installations in a timely manner while adhering to safety standards. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including equipment repairs and service history. Drive company vehicles to job sites while ensuring safe transportation of tools and equipment. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs. Qualifications Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair; experience with HVAC/R systems is preferred. Knowledge of air conditioning systems, refrigerate handling, and property maintenance practices. Ability to plumb as needed for specific installations is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot various HVAC-related issues. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a van driver is beneficial. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry advancements.
