Watkins:

Run residential service calls (occasional light commercial). Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems — no upsell pressure Chat with homeowners, explain what's wrong in plain English Team up with dispatch & parts so you're never stranded on a job You'll fit right in if you… Have 2+ years of HVAC service experience (or solid install background) Hold an EPA Type II or Universal cert. Nate preferred but not required. A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Passionate about delivering outstanding service and exceeding customer expectations. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. Eager to learn and grow in the HVAC industry. Like solving problems and helping people stay comfortable.
