Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an HVAC Technician and become a vital part of maintaining and enhancing building comfort and efficiency! In this energetic role, you will diagnose, repair, and install a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical systems. Your expertise will ensure our facilities operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Duties Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems including air conditioning units Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues. Conduct electrical diagnostics using tools such as ohmmeters to identify faults in wiring or components. Repair mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards such as EPA regulations for refrigerants. Diagnose issues related to HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning equipment and execute effective repairs or replacements. Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports for all work performed; communicate clearly with team members and clients about system status and repairs needed. Assist with property maintenance tasks including appliance repair, welding, and general mechanical system upkeep. Requirements Proven construction experience with a strong foundation in mechanical systems repair and building maintenance. Service technician experience in HVAC or related fields is highly preferred. Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately; familiarity with HVAC design principles is a plus. Knowledge of electrical diagnostics refrigeration processes Mechanical knowledge covering equipment repair, welding techniques, and mechanical systems troubleshooting. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating driver vehicles Certifications such as EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) refrigerant handling certification are required; additional certifications in HVAC/R or property maintenance are beneficial. Experience working with electrical diagnostics tools like ohmmeters, and field service operations will set you apart. $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
