This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of HVAC systems, refrigeration units, plumbing, and mechanical equipment, delivering top-tier service and maintenance. As an HVAC Technician, you will troubleshoot, repair, and install heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Your expertise will directly impact the comfort and safety of our clients' environments. Duties Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Perform routine maintenance on mechanical systems to ensure efficient operation and longevity. Install new HVAC equipment following design specifications and schematics, ensuring proper setup and calibration. Conduct plumbing repairs related to HVAC systems, including pipe fittings, drainage, and water supply lines. Read and interpret HVAC design plans, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation or repair work. Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports for all work performed while adhering to safety protocols. Assist with property maintenance tasks related to mechanical systems as needed. Support refrigeration projects or HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems. Experience Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC, refrigeration, or property maintenance roles. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair and installation. Field service experience demonstrating ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues efficiently on-site. Welding skills are a plus for system repairs or custom modifications.
