Your expertise will be essential in diagnosing issues, performing preventative maintenance, and executing repairs efficiently. You'll be on the front lines of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) service, bringing your mechanical knowledge and technical skills to every job. What you'll do Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. Diagnose issues using schematics and technical manuals to ensure efficient system performance. Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC/R (Refrigeration) equipment to prevent breakdowns. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment for repairs and installations. Conduct plumbing work as needed to support HVAC systems. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working with ammonia refrigeration systems. Document all service activities accurately for record-keeping and customer communication. Experience Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC or related fields. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair and appliance repair. Familiarity with HVAC design principles and property maintenance practices. Previous construction experience is a plus to enhance your skill set. Valid driver's license is required for field service responsibilities. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
