We are looking for a licensed HVAC professional to pull permits and oversee HVAC operations. This role is ideal for someone experienced in the trade who wants flexible, consistent work without being on the job full-time (set your days and hours).

Responsibilities:

Pull HVAC permits Supervise installations to ensure code compliance and quality workmanship Be available for inspections as needed Provide guidance to installation crew when necessary Ensure all work meets state and local HVAC codes

Requirements:

Active master HVAC license Ability to pull permits legally Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (boilers, furnaces, mini splits, etc.) Reliable and responsive Good communication skills
