  • Full-time Augusta, Georgia area including Statesboro, Ga and Orangeburg/Wagner SC and we are looking for a skilled RACK Refrigeration & RHAV Technician with EPA 608 Certification.
Candidates having handyman trade knowledge, including plumbing, electrical, drywall, sheetrock and tile installation will be considered a plus. You MUST be able to WORK independently, perform all aspects of maintenance on a commercial building including but not limited to walls, ceilings, floors, stucco, paint, door, and ceramic tile repairs. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills. To communicate with our clients and our staff, English must be spoken and written well. Skills Proven experience as RACK Refrigeration maintenance technician. Grocery RACK experience is a must. Plumbing experience is a plus. Adhere to organization and facilities department policies and procedures. Good communication ability. Well-organized and apt in problem-solving. Attention to detail is
MANDATORY.
Willing to learn new things is a must. Able to work by yourself or with a team member. Install, maintain, and repair HVACR systems, including rack refrigeration. Install electrical components and wiring. Inspect and test HRVAC systems and components. Repair or replace worn or defective parts. Keep records of work performed. Ability to lift/lower/climb ladders/walk on roofs Background check and drug test

Certificate:
10 years experience Valid state Driver's License The ability to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Must have your own tools, but this is negotiable
