Experienced Technician Compensation:
$35
  • 45/hour + Performance Incentives +
Overtime Expected First-Year Earnings:
$90,000
  • 120,000+ Position Summary The Service Technician II is an experienced HVAC professional responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and optimizing residential HVAC systems.
This role requires advanced troubleshooting abilities, strong customer communication skills, and the ability to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences. Career Path Service Technician II Senior Service Technician (T3) Field Supervisor Service Manager Operations Manager Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair complex HVAC issues. Perform advanced electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and controls troubleshooting. Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options. Perform repair-versus-replacement evaluations. Generate memberships and accessory sales opportunities. Mentor junior technicians and apprentices. Maintain complete and accurate service records. Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years residential HVAC service experience. EPA Certification required. NATE Certification preferred. Strong diagnostic capabilities. Proven customer communication skills. Ability to work independently. Compensation & Benefits $35
