• 4:00pm
• Occasional early arrival, late departure, or weekend work may be required to meet operational needs.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

We're looking for a skilled professional to perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC systems. While this role primarily focuses on service, installation support may be required as needed for system replacements, start ups, or team assistance.

What You'll Do:

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems efficiently and safely. Perform preventive maintenance and system efficiency checks. Provide installation assistance when required (change outs, start ups, support tasks). Communicate clearly with customers and document all work in ServiceTitan. Maintain a clean, stocked vehicle and ensure tools are in good working order. Mentor apprentices and promote safe, professional work habits.

What We're Looking For:

Rhode Island Journeyman Refrigeration License (required) Strong working knowledge of HVAC service and installation processes. Ability to troubleshoot, fabricate and install ductwork, refrigerant lines, and controls. EPA 608 Certification (required). OSHA safety knowledge and consistent PPE use. Valid driver's license with a clean record. Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
