You greet a small cohort of motivated learners, walk them through safety checks, then bring theory to life on modern HVAC/R systems. By afternoon, you're coaching hands-on diagnostics and preparing students for certification success. And when the week wraps on day four, you head into a three-day weekend knowing you've helped launch careers. The Role Join the founding instructional team bringing Lincoln Tech's new HVAC program to life. You'll blend classroom teaching with practical lab mentoring to equip students for real-world HVAC careers. What You'll Do Deliver accredited instruction in HVAC technologies across lecture and lab settings Lead hands-on training using our fully equipped, cutting-edge facility Foster an engaging, growth-focused learning environment with manageable class sizes Track progress, coach students, and provide timely, constructive feedback Create lesson plans aligned to industry standards and certifications Stay current with emerging HVAC tools, methods, and best practices Collaborate with faculty to continuously improve program outcomes Prepare students for certification exams and long-term career success What You'll Bring 5+ years of hands-on HVAC Technician experience High school diploma or GED Clear, confident communication and strong people skills Talent for motivating and engaging adult learners Passion for mentoring the next generation of technicians No teaching background yet?
