Install, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning & refrigeration systems Perform scheduled maintenance and respond to emergency calls Communicate effectively with team, dispatch, and customers Follow all company safety standards and procedures Keep a clean, organized vehicle and workspace Bonus if

You Have:

EPA Certification Experience with ductless mini-splits, boilers, or heat pumps Electrical or plumbing background for potential cross-training

Compensation & Schedule Pay:

$40

• 50/hr depending on experience + performance incentives

Schedule:
