Responsibilities Execute complex repairs and routine maintenance on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) equipment to maximize system longevity. Diagnose mechanical and electrical failures, providing precise solutions that restore comfort and performance for our clients. Manage the installation and calibration of various climate control units, ensuring all work meets rigorous safety and quality standards. Maintain clear, professional communication with dispatch and customers to provide accurate updates on service status and technical findings. Uphold a high standard of operational excellence by keeping service vehicles organized and fully stocked for efficient daily deployment. Contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement by adhering to all industry-standard protocols and best practices. Qualifications Required Skills Active HVAC or HVAC/R licensure. Minimum of 1 year of hands-on field experience in residential or light commercial settings. Proven ability to troubleshoot and service hydronic heating systems. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Preferred Skills EPA certification for refrigerant handling.
