Job Responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC/R systems: air handlers, gas furnaces, heat pumps, dehumidifiers, water source equipment, high efficiency, communicating inverter driven, and commercial refrigeration equipment. Diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and other equipment following manufacturer specifications and company requirements Inspect systems and their components to evaluate condition and offer recommendations as necessary Recognize primary and secondary system failures Evaluate systems for electrical, refrigeration, and airflow problems Maintain service vehicle, tools, and equipment in a professional manner Technicans can expect: Year-round full-time work. Competitive pay options based on your skillset and experience. Paid orientation, paid training, and weekly direct deposit payroll. Fully stocked, take home company vehicle and gas card Professional uniform and cleaning service. Comprehensive Training Opportunities provided by both in-house Learning & Development team, as well as off-site training opportunities. Required Qualifications:
At least 3-5 years of HVAC/R experience preferred NATE Certification Preferred EPA Certification Preferred Comfortable working independently or with others as necessary Exhibit outstanding communication skills with clients and coworkers alike A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills. Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis. All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen, background checks, and must have a valid driver's license with good driving record. Carolina Air is an equal opportunity employer.
